CONTROLLER - FT
Supervises the accounting team and plays a key role in budgeting, auditing, cost report preparation, grant reporting, and operational financial management.
Bachelor's degree in accounting is required
3-5 years of experience as an accountant with general accounting experience is required
Progressive experience in health care accounting is preferred
Proficiency in excel spreadsheets and Microsoft word are required
Experience or education in cost reporting requirements preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team are required
Experience with federal and state regulations are required
