PBX/Admitting Supervisor
The Admitting Supervisor oversees daily operations of the hospital’s admitting, patient registration, and prior authorization functions to ensure efficient, accurate, and patient-focused service. This position supervises Patient Registrars, Referral Authorization Coordinators, and the
Referral Authorization Nurse (LPN), coordinates workflow, ensures regulatory and financial compliance, and supports the Revenue Cycle Director in optimizing front-end revenue cycle processes.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 2–3 years of hospital registration, patient access, or healthcare revenue cycle
