Please see our updated visiting guidelines during the Coronavirus Pandemic:

1 visitor for adult patients
2 visitors for pediatric inpatients
Emergency Room- 0 visitors for adults; and 1 visitor with pediatrics.

1. When are visiting hours?
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the front doors to the hospital will be open M-F 6a-6p. After 6p, you must enter through the Emergency Department.

2. If I am visiting a patient at GMH, may I spend the night with them?
This will depend on what the patient needs are. You may ask any staff member regarding this.

3. Where can I buy flowers or gifts?
Gifts may be purchased in our Gift Shop.

May ICU patents have balloons/flowers?
This is not encouraged due to the nature of the area and lack of space.

4. Who may I contact for general inquiries within the hospital?
The main hospital number is (405) 224-2300. The hospital operator will help you with your needs.

5. Where can I go eat?
You may dine in our hospital cafeteria.

The hours are as follows:
Meal service hours for cafeteria
Breakfast 6:45am - 10:00am
Lunch hours 10:45am - 2:00pm
Closed for dinner and weekends

6. Where are the vending machines located?
Vending machines are provided in the Emergency Department and are accessible 24/7. There are also some located on the 2nd floor breezeway between Grady Memorial and Five Oaks and in the lobby of the Radiology department across from the Gift Shop and are accessible during public hours.

7. I lost a personal item within the hospital. Is there a lost and found area?
The Housekeeping Department at Grady Memorial handles all lost and found items. You may call them directly at ext. 2249 from inside the hospital or (405) 779-2249 from outside the hospital. Found items may be turned in by calling these numbers and getting in touch with housekeeping staff. You may also visit with the Volunteers at the Information Desk in the entrance of the hospital for further direction.

8. May I smoke in the hospital?
Grady Memorial Hospital, Five Oaks Family Medical Clinic, Five Oaks Medical Group, Rush Springs Family Medical Clinic, and Tuttle Family Medical Clinic are all smoke free campuses. There is no smoking on the premises. In addition, electronic cigarettes are also prohibited.

9. How do I use the hospital telephones?
You can get an outside line, from a hospital phone, by dialing 8 prior to the phone number you are trying to reach. For any further assistance, dial 0 for the hospital operator.

10. Can I use my cell phone in the hospital?
Cellular phones may be used in the hospital and/or clinic areas. We ask that you please keep voices to a minimum in respect to our patient's, and as always, please turn off or silence your phone when seeing a physician in the office.

13. Where can I send mail?
Mail may be given to a staff member to be placed in the outgoing mail in the hospital mail room. Stamps may be purchased in the hospital Gift Shop.

14. Is there an ATM on the grounds?
There is an ATM located in the Emergency Department waiting room.

15. Are there RV Hookups available for use?
Yes. In this case, you would need to contact the Engineering Department at (405) 779-2146. There may be a small fee involved.

16. Is there a pharmacy in the hospital?
There is a pharmacy located in the hospital, but it is for inpatient use only. For any pharmaceutical needs, there are many local pharmacies you may use.

17. Where can I find spiritual support?
Notify any staff member of the need for spiritual support and they will page clergy for you. There are also many local churches if need be.
