We hope that transportation as a barrier to our patients receiving care can be greatly reduced.
Virtual Visits is a service available to our current Five Oaks primary care patients. It is as simple as making an appointment, and then video-calling in at your appt time. Our ExpressCare provider will take care of you from there. (Note that Virtual Visits are not available with your primary care provider or doctors, it is only a service that gives you the rotating provider in ExpressCare for your care.
While many conditions and medical needs DO NEED an in person visit, there are some conditions that do not. Before you are scheduled for a virtual visit, our friendly clerks will assist you in determining if a virtual visit will work for you. Please allow them to serve you well by explaining your needs.
