FIVE OAKS MEDICAL GROUP: V.P.
This position has overall responsibility for the management and operations of a multi-specialty
physician practice that is a department of Grady Memorial Hospital. Five Oaks Medical Group offers
services in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, General Surgery Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Pediatrics and
Podiatry. The staff of 14 physicians, 3 P.A.s and 60 support staff provide medical services to a regional
area surrounding Chickasha, Oklahoma.

B.S. in Business Administration or related degree,
previous medical clinic administrative experience, strong financial skills required.
Reports directly to the CEO of Grady Memorial Hospital.
A competitive salary, commensurate with background and experience is available,
in addition to full benefits and relocation assistance.

PHARMACY:
PHARMACIST - FLEX (8a-4:30p)
Oklahoma license and hospital experience preferred.

PRN - FLEX POOL Rates (with 1 yr. experience) "Plus Shift Diff"!

RN - $29.90 LPN - $17.40

Rad Tech - $27.90 / Ultrasonographer - $37.85
