Dr. Dobbs holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Trinity University, San Antonio, Texas. His
Medical Doctorate degree is from the University Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, Texas; M.D.
He completed his Internship and Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the David Grant USAF
Medical Center, Travis AFB, California. He is a board Certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist.

Dr. Dobbs practice is limited to obstetrics and gynecology.
