Dr. Lofgren holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of
South Dakota, Vermillion, SD. His Doctor of Medicine Degree is from the
University of Iowa, Iowa City, IA. He completed an internship at the
University of Texas, Beaumont, TX and his residency at Siouxland Medical
Education Foundation, University of Iowa, Sioux City, Iowa. Dr. Lofgren
is Board Certified.
Dr. Lofgren’s practice is open to family medicine.
