Function Studies; Evaluation of Swallowing and Oral Function for Feeding (infants thru
adults); Fiberoptic Endoscopic Exam of Swallowing; Modified Barium Swallow Study;
Pure Tone Audiometry; Speech Evaluation; Developmental Testing; and Myofunctional
Swallow Exam.

Habilitation/Rehabilitation Therapy for: Aphasia; Apraxia (oral, verbal, limb) Agnosia;

Memory Dysfunction.

Habilitation/Rehabilitation Therapy for: Oral Motor Skills/Pre-Speech/Pre-Swallowing,
Swallowing; Alternative Feedings; Neuromuscular Re-education; Modification of Voice
Prothesis/Alternative Assistive Communication Device (speaking valve, assistive speech
technology); Corporate Speech Training; Accent Reduction (foreign, regional);
