DME/Oxygen
Home Oxygen and Medical Equipment (HOME) is owned and operated by Grady Memorial
Hospital. The durable medical equipment (DME) and oxygen service center and retail store
are located on the first floor of the Hospital.

HOME sells and leases durable medical equipment. In addition, the store stocks a range
of consumable medical supplies for both minor and complex needs.

The trained professional staff can deliver and set up certain types of equipment in the
patient’s home. The delivery and service may include a 50 mile radius of Chickasha. For
patient convenience and continuity of care, certain types of equipment or supplies may be
delivered to the patient’s hospital room before dismissal to assist in transition from
hospital to home based care.

- Oxygen Concentrators
- Nebulizers
- Walkers
- Motorized Scooters
- Canes
- Bathroom Equipment
- Grab Bars, Commode Extenders
- Crutches
- Wound Care Dressings
- Incontinent Pads and Diapers
- Bili Light Therapy

Specialized Services assist the patient and physician in selecting the right medical
equipment and supplies to meet the patient’s home care needs. When individual care
plans are established, the need for additional care is assessed and referrals are made
as they are identified and as they are appropriate.

Leased equipment comes with simple operating instructions for each piece of equipment
and includes a regular preventative maintenance schedule. Our goal is to provide safe
equipment that is always operating at it peak performance.
